Pole Dancing Is... Dancing?!
I'm admittedly late to the game. Very late.
When I heard the term "pole dance" ten years ago, I pictured strippers in strip clubs. When I heard the term "pole dance" two years ago, I pictured strippers in strip clubs, plus bachelorette parties and fitness classes.
Nothing wrong with any of that.
But Oh. My. God. I had no idea what pole dancing has become in the competitive dance scene. It is incredibly beautiful. Watch this video. Watch their muscles. Watch their control. Watch their movement and their stillness. Watch Watch Watch!
I may need to add pole dancing to the list of genres on this site now (seriously)...
